I'm an Asda superfan & the bargain buys to snap up this weekend including cute homeware & gardening essentials | The Sun

A FAN of Asda has revealed some of the newest products you will be able to nab this month, including stuff for gardening fans and kids' toys.

British retailer Asda has long been a favourite for many shopping fans in the UK – and this May, the store hasn't failed to surprise its loyal customers either.

One of those praising about the latest collection to hit the shelves was YouTuber Liyana, better known to her 12.7k subscribers as Liyana Lifestyle.

The Asda superfan, who was recently amazed by the summer dresses in the store, claimed the retailer was now offering loads of new bits for your home.

Whilst browsing around, she stumbled across heaps of adorable planters in the shape of sausage dogs, little elephants and even llamas.

These, the video showed, ranged between £4 and £6, and came with fake plants in the pot.

Liyana also found a set of coasters for £7 – and although these were cute, she quickly noted the price was too high.

''You can make these for way less.''

One product the delighted shopper seemed particularly amazed by was the vast array of ceramic and glass vases, some of which came in the on-trend circular design.

Depending on their size and style, these could be nabbed from as little as a fiver – though the bigger ones were more expensive.

In the section dedicated to home transformations Liyana also saw various cushions in mainly neutral shades and with minimalist patterns.

Priced at £10, these would instantly make any room look more cosy and trendy.

Meanwhile, the kitchen aisle appeared to have a new range of mugs hitting the shelves – and these were scanning from as little as £1.25.

The larger cups that came with puppy print were ranging between £2 and £2.50, the YouTuber spotted.

Liyana was also obsessed with Asda's tea towels and oven gloves that were available in vibrant colours and wildlife design.

Again, like most buys in the haul, these items were a total bargain too, selling for £4.

With summer just around the corner, Asda has also not forgotten about those into gardening – there's everything for tackling weeds and different tools starting from £2.50.

Looking to add more plants to your garden this upcoming season? Asda now also offers a set of four mini nursery pots for a quid, as well as a larger set for £1.25.

If you're on the lookout for more fancy pots, Liyana also spotted a range of ceramic planters in floral design, as well as some abstract ones.

The shopper then stumbled across a section dedicated for the little ones, with a rectangular pool (£20), an insect viewer priced at £3.50 and a fairy bubble wand going for £7.

''See, this is what kids should be doing – not on their phone all the time.''

Fellow shoppers on YouTube flocked to comments, where many thanked Liyana for sharing the news.

One person said: ''I have not been to Asda in a few months, good to see what what they have for offer.''
