Ben Shephard is hardly ever off our screen with him hosting Good Morning Britain in the mornings and tea time classics like Tipping Point and Ninja Warrior UK. But while he is a stalwart on our screens what is known of the presenter’s family life?
Ben and wife Annie have two sons together Sam, 14, and Jack, 13.
The couple tied the knot in 2004 and celebrated their 16th anniversary together in March.
Ben celebrated their anniversary with a post to his Instagram.
The TV host wrote: “Can’t quite believe another year has gone past, suddenly this one feels all the more poignant because of what’s happening.

“16 yrs married to @mrsannieshephard 25 years together and it’s fair to say the current climate is seriously testing the strength of her feelings towards me as for me I still can’t quite believe my luck!!
“Anyway, whatever you’re doing today, stay safe.”
Amid lockdown, Ben has opened up on how his sons have helped him keep positive amid lockdown.
In an exclusive interview with OK! Ben said: “My two boys keep me very busy.
“We’ve been doing a bit of juggling, and it’s got quite competitive learning new tricks.”
He also spoke about how exercise has helped with his mental health.
Ben added: “Exercise is my meditation. I stop thinking about everything and focus on the next challenge – whether it’s running or cycling or doing a HIIT session online.
“I love all the stuff being offered by people on Instagram or YouTube.

“It’s a distraction that we all need right now. If it only helps one person, it’s more than enough.”
Ben also spoke of lockdown restrictions and said he had to rely on his wife and sons to trim his hair.
The presenter said: “We got some clippers through the post, and my wife and kids cut my hair for me.
“The boys had great fun at my expense, trimming my barnet.
“When you hand over a pair of clippers to your 13-year-old son, there’s a lot of revenge that could take place.”
Ben has previously shared videos of his wife giving him a hair cut on Instagram.
On her latest attempt, Ben showed the result to his followers in a video.
In the post, Ben said: “Mrs S has had another go at the old barnet, a couple of holes here and there. But she’s getting better, isn’t she?”
