Gogglebox favourite Amy Tapper, who is known for her hilarious quips on the Channel 4 series, is also nursing some incredible vocal chords behind the scenes.

The star shared a video of her performing Lady Gaga’s Oscar-winning number Shallow at a sun-soaked garden party with her family over the weekend.

Hearing the curly blonde belt out the high notes and stay in tune all the while for the mammoth hit song, which is featured on the film A Star is Born, fans were blown away.

Amy donned a flowing white top and blue jeans for the occasion as she took to the microphone at a karaoke-themed party to celebrate with her closest loved ones.

In the background, two silver balloons showed the TV star was probably the main attraction for someone’s 50th birthday.

Amy teamed her casual outfit with a set of gold gladiator-style sandals.

A pair of sunglasses were tasked with keeping her tresses out of the way as the star sang the lyrics to Gaga’s gorgeous track, which she performs alongside actor Bradley Cooper in the 2019 film.

The group gathered under a marquee for the make-shift gig, and it looked like fun was had by all.

Earlier on in the party, the opinionated telly-watcher also danced along to the festivities in a white dress, which was attended by relatives and family friends.

The others also took their turns on the mic, with the likes of Oasis classics and The Greatest Showman tunes being sung.

But it was clear that Amy’s voice was in a class all of its own, as the star’s dulcet tones reached heady heights her relatives couldn’t touch.

Could there be a singing competition in the Gogglebox star’s future after revealing her secret talent?

Amy recently succeeded in losing a whopping four stone as she decided to embark on a weight loss journey after the struggles of lockdown.

The TV favourite previously said of her struggles with her weight that she particularly struggled with embarrassment in public.

Speaking to the Daily Star earlier this year, she shared: “I've been dealing with issues around my weight since I was eight. Over the years I tried different diets and quick fixes. The hardest times were when I was made to feel embarrassed.

"Whenever I was on a plane I'd have to ask for an extension for my belt,” Amy added.

Now the star looks happier than ever as she beamed in her new form-fitting clothes and enjoys showing off her slimmed-down figure at the family party this weekend.
