Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield have been caught attempting to remain composed while speaking about vaginas on This Morning.

The ITV co-hosts, who were recently left gobsmacked as a nudist flashed their genitals live on the show, were discussing a new product for the nether region with Dr. Philippa Kaye on Wednesday 9 September morning.

Holly, 39, and 58 year old Phillip impressively managed to keep straight faces during the segment, but failed to prevent the odd laugh and smirk from escaping from time to time.

The duo introduced the segment between giggles as they said it was called 'what to keep away from your vagina'. Dr. Philippa then informed the pair about a new product from an Australian beauty brand called a vulva mask.

Attempting to unravel the sheet, which resembled one that you could place on your face, Phillip held it up and explained that it looked like a pair of "lacy pants".

Dr. Philippa then said: "You apply it like a sheet mask to hydrate, soothe, and protect the skin while smoothing out wrinkles on the vulva."

Obviously perplexed by the sight of the sheet, Holly, who recently showed off her toned legs in a black mini skirt, asked: "I am just trying to work out how it goes… Is it like a pair of knickers you just get into?"

To which Dr Philippa replied: "I think beauty industry and pseudo science feeds into periods being dirty, and this seems to feed into that. They've used a little science to try and trick us to need it."

Holly continued by explaining that "the body is really clever, it doesn't really need this", as Dr Philippa added that the "vagina is self cleaning, and if someone is commenting on the appearance of your vulva you really need someone else to look at it."

Phillip and Holly reunited for the first time after the summer break at the start of September, where they shared an emotional hug through a "cuddle curtain".

Holly admitted she was “really excited” as two members of the production team wheeled in the cuddle curtain, which consisted of a rail with a plastic sheet in the middle and four arm holes with reversible plastic sleeves on.

The TV duo then placed the plastic sleeves along their arms and Holly asked: “How long since we’ve done this?”

To which Phillip replied: “April? March!” And Holly said in shock: “So almost six months!”

Holly and Phillip then embraced for the first time in months as they have had to socially distance due to the pandemic.

As they hugged, Holly said: “Oh my God! I don’t want to let go.”
