Jamie Redknapp's relationship with girlfriend Frida Andersson-Lourie appears to be going from strength to strength as they headed out for a stroll together.

The former footballer, who was teased by celebrity pals about 'Strictly curse', enjoyed a coffee date with his lady-love on Monday.

The 47 year old looked dapper in a smart-casual navy blazer, which he wore with a black unbuttoned polo shirt and some denim jeans.

To protect himself from the cold weather, he had on a snood around his neck and opted for a pair of brown smart shoes.

Meanwhile, model Frida, 37, went for a more casual look with a black hoodie, a cropped padded winter coat and some black leggings.

She wore a black beanie hat on her head and gave her outfit some colour with a pair of neon yellow trainers.

The couple linked arms as they enjoyed their takeaway coffees and engaged in plenty of conversation.

The pair have been dating since August 2020 and have been inseperable ever since then.

His relationship with Frida is the first since he split from wife Louise Redknapp in 2017, when they announced their separation.

Jamie and Louise, 46, were married for 20 years and are parents to sons Charlie, 16, and Beau, 12.

Louise was reportedly left feeling "let down" by some of her friends after her separation from Jamie.

A source told new magazine: "Celebrity friends in particular seem to drop, they sometimes weigh up who they can get more out of.

"Louise felt the friends sided with Jamie. Showbiz can be a sad and shallow world, and people do tend to pick the side they can benefit from.

"Louise felt let down by some friends and a lot of people she thought were friends turned out to be quite shallow."

The singer opened up about how some of her celebrity friends stopped inviting her to gatherings after they separated.

“These women were my friends. We went on holiday together, went out for dinner together and shared countless special memories,” Louise wrote in her memoir, You’ve Got This.

"While they still enjoy couples’ nights out – birthday parties, Christmas dos, drinks and the like – I’m only invited for coffee."
