Kate tied her hair away from her face, with a middle parting, and matched her makeup to her outfit as she wore a comfy looking brown shirt dress with a tie waist.

The mum, who recently shared an honest glimpse of herself homeschooling her step children, held onto her baby son Cree, who she shares with husband Rio Ferdinand.

The adorable tot has his back to the camera and is wearing a dark grey chunky knit cardigan with a hood.

Cree matched the sweet jumper with a pair of grey tracksuit bottoms, which were tucked into a pair of socks of the same colour.

As Kate, who has made thousands selling her old TOWIE outfits, posted the photo on her Instagram story, she admitted she gets nervous to share photos with her followers.

Kate penned: “Instagram has been such a positive place for me in last few weeks but for some reason when I post anything I get so nervous…

“I’m not exactly sure why, but I start regretting posting straight away Does anyone else feel like this??”

She continued: “I love this picture of me and my big boy so I don’t know what I would be nervous about … but the feelings there” followed by a shrugging emoji.

Kate added: “I think I may have got used to lockdown and not seeing people … that maybe now it makes me nervous to share certain things.”

A while later, Kate revealed she had received a flurry of supportive messages from fans as she added: “Thanks for all your replies … Turns out lots of you feel the same … that’s made me feel a bit more normal” followed by a smiling face emoji.

Kate ended her post with: “Think it’s time to switch off now …. Night all” followed by a white heart emoji.
