Meghan Markle and her mum Doria Ragland were reportedly banned by the Royal Family from going out to get coffee during her UK visit in summer 2019.
It's been claimed that in the course of their time at Frogmore Cottage, 39 year old Meghan and her mum, 64, were not allowed to go into Windsor to buy coffee for themselves.
A source reportedly told Omid Scobie, who wrote in Harper's Bazaar, that Doria told her daughter at the time: "You're stuck here."
Meghan's representative has declined to comment on the matter to OK! online. The Queen's representative has also been approached for further comment.

The Duchess of Sussex, who recently made a formal complaint to Ofcom over Piers Morgan's rants, spoke out about how lonely she felt during her time within the Royal Family in her and 36 year old husband Prince Harry's explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey.
Meghan also admitted she had suicidal thoughts while in the UK, heartbreakingly revealing she thought her death "would have solved everything for everyone."
The former Suits actress claimed that she went to "the institution" for help over her suicidal thoughts, but she wasn't allowed.

The mum-of-one, whose alleged secret wedding to husband Prince Harry "didn't take place, according to a vicar", candidly admitted she felt "ashamed" to speak about her suicidal thoughts at the time but "knew that if she didn't say it she would do it."
Meghan claimed she asked one of the "most senior" people if she could get help but was told "it wouldn't be good for the institution.
As she broke down in tears, Meghan told 67 year old Oprah: "I just didn't see a solution. I didn't want to be alive anymore."

She added she "couldn't be left alone" during her pregnancy with first child Archie, saying it was "a real and frightening and constant thought" but her husband Harry "cradled" her.
Meghan went on to confess she spent an appearance at the Cirque du Soleil premiere at the Royal Albert Hall in January 2019 "weeping".
She says she spent the time that the lights were down "in tears" before composing herself and smiling when the lights came up.
