Michelle Heaton has revealed she has reached out to Sarah Harding as she battles an aggressive form of breast cancer.
Sarah, 38, devastatingly announced she had been diagnosed with breast cancer in August, revealing it had spread to other parts of her body.
Former Liberty X singer Michelle, 41, was diagnosed with the a mutated BRCA2 gene in 2012, which left her with an 80 per cent chance of developing breast cancer and a 30 per cent chance of developing ovarian cancer.
Later that year, she underwent a double mastectomy and had breast reconstructive surgery which has reduced her risk of the breast cancer.

She has now spoken out on her fellow pop star Sarah's battle, saying she has been in contact with the Girls Aloud singer since the shock news broke.
Michelle said: "I did reach out to her, and Nadine [Coyle] texted me to say: 'Sarah would like to speak to you at some point.'
"That's been it. I've left it there and when she's ready I'm sure she'll give me a ring.
"She was at my first wedding and I knew her reasonably well back in the day. I haven't seen her for a while. But she knows where I am and she's a strong girl like me so I'm hoping she will fight like I did."
Michelle continued to tell Entertainment Daily: "I can't imagine having that diagnosis at such a young age. My thoughts and prayers are with her and her family.
"Also, it's just really difficult when they're so young and they're from our era and you knew them really well back in the day. It's hard to read and see.
"I'm sure she's been inundated with lots of people offering love and condolences and help, but then when you're in that situation, you kind of just want to be and then when they're ready they'll reach out."
It was reported earlier this month that Sarah has moved in with her mum in Manchester in the hopes of giving herself the best chance of beating cancer.
