Fran Parman has shown off her incredible physique as she walked her dog in figure-baring workout gear following her two and a half stone weight loss.
The 30 year old was spotted enjoying a spot of exercise with her French bulldog as she made the most of the fleeting summer weather which hit the UK this week.
She was seen showing off her ample cleavage in a low-cut sports bra and exposing her trimmed down tummy as she added a pair of pale lilac leggings to her look.
The former The Only Way Is Essex star wore her long brunette locks down as it rested over her shoulder.
Fran enjoyed a sit down with her beloved pet as the canine sat on her lap in the middle of the park as they took their stroll.
The stunning reality star has recently changed up her look after being targeted by vile trolls over her weight as she made a brief return to the hit ITVBe reality show.
As she made her appearance to surprise ex-boyfriend James 'Diags' Bennewith, viewers took to social media to comment on her three stone weight gain.
Fran's weight had gone up as she cared for her elderly grandfather during the first lockdown last year.
In April, Fran bravely opened up to OK! online about her unhealthy relationship with food, admitting she had an eating disorder as she was growing up.
She candidly told us: "I think I did [have an eating disorder] when I was younger. I got bullied for being overweight.

Offering a second anecdote, Fran said: "Another girl, who was actually a close friend of mine's sister, she was like 'thump, thump, thump,' when I was walking up towards her.

"And I heard them all giggling and one of the girls later on told me she was taking the Mickey out of me. It really really bothered me.
"So I stopped eating as much, made sure I was walking home, made sure I was walking to school. Had the scales every day.
"I kind of got unhealthy. I started snapping more at people. When you're that young, you don't realise how not eating as much changes who you are, changes your mood. You're not aware, you're just so addicted to looking good."
