We wish our offseason was this fun. (Come to think of it, we wish we had an offseason.)
Olivia Culpo posted a collection of PDA-filled photos from an apparently scenic recent getaway with boyfriend Christian McCaffrey to Instagram Wednesday.
“Chasing sunsets w you,” Culpo, 28, captioned the post, to which the Carolina Panthers running back, 24, replied, “I love you.”
The set includes pics of a bikini-clad Culpo cozying up to McCaffrey, a smattering of idyllic landscape shots, and an evening’s worth of charcuterie and white wine.
Culpo and McCaffrey were first linked in May 2019 after getting flirty on social media. Two months later, the couple vacationed in Mexico together.
Culpo, who formerly dated former Detroit Lions receiver Danny Amendola, began showing support for McCaffrey on game days, rocking Carolina jerseys and Panthers-inspired manicures.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Culpo and McCaffrey hunkered down with family while keeping fans updated on quarantine birthdays and contract signings.
In July, Culpo and McCaffrey took another step in their relationship, adding a new furry family member, Oliver Sprinkles. Around that time, Culpo also landed the cover of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit.
“Congrats to the queen,” McCaffrey gushed of Culpo last summer.
Despite the sundry personal highs last year, McCaffrey suffered a setback early into the 2020 NFL season when he suffered a high ankle sprain in Week 2, and Panthers fans wasted no time flooding Culpo’s Instagram with questions about his return date.
Although McCaffrey returned in November, he sustained a shoulder injury during a Week 9 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, ending the season with a grand total of three games played.
