Corey Seager hit this one out of the park.
The Los Angeles Dodgers shortstop tied the knot with high school sweetheart Madisyn Van Ham on Saturday, with several COVID-19 precautions in place, People reported.
Seager, 26, and Van Ham, 24, required all of their wedding guests at Saddle Woods Farm in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, to undergo temperature checks and on-site COVID-19 testing, according to People. Guests were also made to sign waivers ensuring they hadn’t come into contact with anyone who had coronavirus within the last 14 days.
Masks were required.
Van Ham, who wore two different gowns during the festivities, told People that having a wedding amid the pandemic “made us focus on the most important thing: marrying each other.”
The 2020 World Series MVP’s father, Jeff Seager, officiated the ceremony, while the couple’s dog, Hazel, was the ring bearer.
The Dodgers wished Seager and Van Ham well on their wedding day, posting a picture of the couple to Instagram and writing, “Adding another ring. Happy Wedding Day, Corey and Mady.”
Last week, the pair showed off a picture of their marriage license via social media, and Van Ham also shared a sexy bikini pic captioned, “Mrs. Seager is starting to have a nice little ring to it 💍🤪.”
