Harry Styles launches Covid-19 charity t-shirt – and it’s yours for £21

Harry Styles is amongst the list of celebrities joining the fight against COVID 19.

In light of the coronavirus pandemic, the former One Direction star announced he will be selling t-shirts to raise funds for COVID 19 relief efforts.

The ‘lights up’ singer announced on his Instagram stories that he has added to his Fine Line merchandise range with a plain white slogan tee which reads ‘Stay Home. Stay Safe. Protect Each other.’

The t-shirt retails at £21 and is currently on a preorder basis and will see 100% of the t-shirt's profits go towards the World Health Organisation’s COVID 19 Solidarity Response Fund.

In a statement Harry Styles explained “In times like these, it is more important than ever to remember the power of people,”

“If you are able to help, please donate where you can".

"Stay home, self-isolate, and protect each other.”

This is not the first time the singer has used his platform to raise money for a good cause.

Styles also launched the Treat People With Kindness movement, which saw him create a range of merchandise including a hair tie set where profits were distributed to local charities around the globe.

A portion of the money made from ticket sales for his upcoming tour were also donated to a range of charities including Birmingham Children's hospital, Help Refugees and Spread a Smile.

Unfortunately the 26 year old had to postpone his ‘Love On Tour’ show dates in the UK and Europe for 2020 due to the virus, to protect his crew and fans, but promised to reschedule for 2021.
