Love Island bosses keen for Gordon Ramsay’s daughter, 21, to join dating show

Love Island bosses have approached Gordon Ramsay’s daughter, Holly, to appear on the reality TV show.

The outspoken chef’s 21-year-old daughter is reportedly a hot pick for producers as it is said they have come to her “many times”.

The rumour mill was swirling that Holly had been added to the cast but a representative for Gordon denied that she will be appearing and instead said she had turned the show down.

Speaking to the Mirror they said: “This is not true. Holly has no interest in joining the show although she has been approached many times.”

Holly is the second eldest daughter of Gordon, 54, and his wife Tana Ramsay, 46.

She is currently a fashion and design student at the Conde Nast College of Fashion and Design and has appeared alongside her family on CBBC’s Matilda and the Ramsay Bunch.

She also works as a model and influencer, signed to EST Models and boasting 238,000 followers on Instagram.

A source told The Sun that the Love Island producers were keen to cast Holly in their latest lineup.

They said: "Holly’s been brought up to work hard, show respect, and not to rely on her dad’s celebrity.

"She’s finding her own way and will be successful in her own right.”

An ITV spokesperson commented: "At this point in time any names being linked to the show are purely speculative as no decisions have been made regarding the cast."

Love Island is due to return this year between June and August back in its traditional location in Majorca after the last summer series was cancelled due to the pandemic.

It hit our screens in early 2020 for a winter season that took place in Cape Town, South Africa.

Laura Whitmore is expected to return to present the show and her husband Iain Stirling will serve as the show’s narrator as usual.
