There’s nothing we love more than having a good nosy at Olivia and Alex Bowen’s latest home renovations.

The Love Island duo, who have just celebrated their two years of marriage, live in their dream £1 million Essex home, after moving in earlier this year.

And it’s safe to say Alex, 29, and Olivia, 26, have got stuck into their home revamp straight away, from creating a dreamy cinema room to an area purely dedicated to their pooches.

In the latest instalment, fans have been wowed by the couple’s chosen lighting fixture in their statement hallway.

Back in March, the reality stars shared a picture of their refurbished staircase with fans, with the huge hallway being one of the first aspects of the home to get completed.

The stairs went from boasting a dark blue carpet to a glamorous grey with white wood either side, promoting a lavish and glossy revamp which is shown in the photos.

And now, to add a bit of sparkle as a finishing touch, Olivia has shared photos of a huge chandelier which has been fitted into their home.

Taking to their Bowen home Instagram account, the 26 year old beauty penned: “A chandelier as big as me please… wow I’m in awe, this 5ft chandelier we’ve just has installed is from @lights2golighting & has absolutely transformed the landing. It’s so sparkly I can’t cope! 200 glass shards to put on one by one.

“(thanks to our main guy @true_electrical & soz hun). Now I’m going to go stare at it for the foreseeable.”

The sensational chandelier could be seen in all of its glory in a video shared by Olivia with its 200 glass shards glistening away.

And as can be expected, the chandelier was a big hit with Olivia and Alex’s 583,000 Instagram followers.

One wrote: “OMG wow, I absolutely love this (& the rest of the house), but this is stunning ! I love sparkly things & don’t think you can get much bigger or much sparklier than this.” [sic]

Another impressed fan penned: “Incredible” followed by a string of heart emojis.

A third gushed: “This is absolutely gorgeous,” while a fourth added: “OMG this is insaaaaanely gorgeous.” [sic]

Olivia and Alex, who first met on the ITV2 reality show in 2016 and got married in 2018 had their sights set on their home for quite some time.

"This house has been here for 17 years. When I was younger, my mum used to drive me past it and we’d say, 'Imagine living in that house'. She came with us to the viewing, and we were all a bit gobsmacked," Olivia recalled in a chat with OK! Magazine.

She continued: “I remember walking into the bedroom and crying. When I cry I know that it means something. It felt like fate. We fell in love with it, and six months later we were in the house."
