Heading the cast are two Guineas winners in the shape of Newmarket victor Kameko and Curragh number one Siskin.

Then there is Mohaather, who has always promised to be a monster for Marcus Tregoning and was indeed a beast in the Summer Mile at Ascot last time.

That's not forgetting the super tough Circus Maximus who will be hard to pass for Aidan O'Brien and Ryan Moore.

Speed is everything with a top class horse, however, and I expect Mohaather to destroy them for Derby winning trainer Marcus Tregoning.

ITV show five races Wednesday, starting off with the 1.45pm, a staying handicap over an extended 2m4f.

TRUE DESTINY has not run much since finishing third in this event last year and has every chance of making the frame. He comes from an in form stable in that of Roger Charlton and was staying on strongly this time last year.

The following event is another handicap, but this time over 1m4f. COZONE was dropped back in trip from this distance when scoring last time but will enjoy going back over a mile and a half. He’s capable of more for Amanda Perrett and has a good draw to work from.

The class is upped next with the Group 3 Molecomb for youngsters over 5f. SARDINIA SUNSET made quite hard work of scoring at York last time but she still won. Her fourth in the Queen Mary at Royal Ascot is working out very well and she’s got plenty of ability for trainer Roger Varian and jockey Rossa Ryan.

And finally a conditions event for youngsters over 5f. COUNTRY CARNIVAL is another from the Sardinia Sunset York race as she finished third that day.

That was not a bad run at all for David O’Meara and she has a bit more experience than some which might be useful at this track. James Doyle takes the ride which is a plus.
