TikTok user @mama_mila shared her hack with her 85,000 followers, and it is easy to follow.
Captioning the instructional video, the mum wrote: “It’s the little things”.
First the mum filled up her sink with warm water, then added two cups of white vinegar to it.
She then laid the glasses down in the sink, allowing them to soak for 10 minutes. She captioned the footage, explaining that “vinegar breaks down the mineral build up.”
After they have a had a good soak, she instructs that you remove the glasses from the sink and “wipe gently with a microfibre cloth, focusing on any tough areas.”
And voila! Your glasses are shiny and as good as new.
The cleaning hack connoisseur then added another nugget of advice, this time for cleaning eye glasses.
She wrote: “Bonus tip: a 50/50 mix of white vinegar and water can also be used as a natural cleaner for you glasses”.
