Nicole Scherzinger wows in skimpy bikini as she bravely plunges into an ice bath

Nicole Scherzinger sends temperatures soaring in a skimpy bikini as she lowered herself into a three degrees ice bath.

The brave 43-year-old showed off her jaw-dropping figure in the white two-piece as she took the plunge into the freezing outdoor bathtub.

Sharing the video to her 5 million Instagram fans the Pussycat Doll singer can be seen lying in the icy water looking incredible despite her discomfort.

The singer pulled her long dark locks up in a high bun as she explained in the caption what she was doing.

She penned: "3°C 39°F, 6 minute cold plunge. You have to breath through to break through. Let’s get it."

Nicole also added multiple snaps of her in the cold bath to her Instagram Story where she told fans its "minds over matter" and "y'all the cold plunge is no joke."

She went on to explain: "It helps sharpen my mind, reduces inflammation and swelling, and gets my body feeling BEYOND energized.

"This is truly such a great experience."

Nicole could be seen dancing around in her bikini alongside boyfriend Thom Evans in another post.

Fans were quick to praise the star for her bravery.

One said: "DAMN GIRL!!! WOW, I want to challenge myself with this!!!"

"Looking like THE ice queen," another added.

A fourth wrote: "SIS YOU HAVE MY BIGGEST RESPECT!"

You're so brave! Cold baths = hot body!," added another fan.

Nicole has not been shy in revealing she puts a big focus on her health and fitness and has previously share what she typically eats in a day.

However she does occasionally treat herself like any other person.

Speaking to Women's Health in 2019, she said: "When I’m going to indulge, I love pasta, pizza, I love Mexican with lots of cheese. I love French fries, or crisps – salt and vinegar crisps. In terms of snacks: almonds, coconut water, bits of coconut, baby carrots."
