From Union Jack dresses to Britpop chart battles, the Nineties was a time when everything that seemed to matter was bright, brash and British, and London felt like the undisputed cultural capital of the world.
It was an era of rock stars, models and footballers who were notorious for their wild parties and devil-may-care attitudes.
Among them were the Primrose Hill set – so-called because of the leafy area where they lived – which counted Kate Moss and actress Sadie Frost among their number.
Now their hedonistic heyday is some 30 years in the rear-view mirror and it’s their sons, daughters and nephews who are taking over the British cultural scene.
Jude Law’s lookalike son Rafferty, 24, and Rudy Albarn, the nephew of Blur frontman Damon, have even started a band together, which they promoted in this month’s edition of Tatler, proving the spirit of Britpop lives on.
While none of the descendants, including Lila Moss and Noel Gallagher’s daughter Anaïs, have yet to achieve the same acclaim as their parents, they are certainly on the right track.
Here, FEMAIL takes a look at everything you need to know about the next generation…

Together with Raff Law, Rudy Albarn is a member of Outer Stella Overdrive, a group that was formed three years ago when Raff was introduced to Kelvin Bueno by his sister, Iris. At the time Iris and Kelvin were dating.
Soon after Raff brought his childhood friend Rudy Albarn on board, Tatler reported, with Rudy then responsible for bringing in their fourth member, Amin El Makkawi.
A career in music was a natural fit for Rudy, who is the nephew of Blur frontman Damon, 53.

The pair share a close relationship and Damon even enlisted Rudy’s help on 2020 Gorillaz project, Gorillaz present Song Machine.
The group have rehearsed in Camden, north London, creating what critics have described ‘Britpop-inspired jazz-rock is as cheeky as it is thoughtful’.
The lyrics span ‘everything from the perils of social media to mock existential crises’.
Revealing their plans to conquer the music scene, Rudy told Tatler: ‘Damon [Albarn] has obviously been a big influence on my life and he’s supportive in listening to our music, but he has not gone out and opened doors for us.
‘We have built this from the ground up. We haven’t got a label or a team, we do everything ourselves.’
Rudy stays largely out of the spotlight but could soon be catapaulted to fame if Outer Stella Overdrive takes off.

Model, actor and musician… it would seem there is nothing Jude Law and Sadie Frost’s multi-talented son can’t do.
The 24-year-old is the oldest of Frost and Law’s three children. Frost shares oldest son Finlay with first son Gary Kemp, of Spandau Ballet fame, while Law has daughter Sophia, 11, with American model Samantha Burke and Ada with Catherine Harding.
Rafferty, known as Raff, has already appeared on the catwalk for D&G and played Oliver Twist in a straight-to-TV reworking of Charles Dickens’ classic tale.
He has also landed a major role in upcoming war drama miniseries Masters of the Air, which is expected later this year.
Speaking to Tatler, Raff explained his parents, who divorced in 2003, always encouraged his creativity, whether that be through acting or music, and he and dad Jude would regularly recreate scenes together during their trips to the park.
He said: ‘Ever since I was young, I was always playing music, and my sister Iris would do a dance show for Mum.
‘Or me and my dad would go on an adventure in the park and play like we were making a film. I see it like we are still doing that, but on a bigger scale.’
Rafferty, who regularly updates fans on his music and acting exploits on Instagram, also discussed battling trolls while detailing the downsides of social media.
He said: ‘There is a positive side to social media, where I can promote the band,’ he says.
‘But I get a lot of abuse because of my family and people commenting on my appearance. It has been part of my life always.
‘Luckily I am pretty thick-skinned and can take it, but I have seen people around me get eaten up by trolls and social media.’

In a quote shared on a gallery website, Frank wrote: ‘I have been told throughout my life that I am somewhere on the autistic spectrum, but no one can exactly tell me why or where.
‘Judging on how strangely my Dad behaves most of the time, I would say he is far more of a concern than I am. Guess I’m just a bit different, In a good way.
‘I first started drawing on paper napkins when I was a small child, bored out of my mind at social events and endless dinners with my family.

Social media star and student Anaïs Gallagher juggles studying for a photography degree at UAL with modelling gigs for brands including Bluebella.
But despite her glamorous occupation – and celebrity parents – Anaïs chose to spend lockdown on her boyfriend’s Dorset farm.
Speaking to Tatler in September last year, Anaïs explained she had only intended to stay in Dorset for a couple of nights when lockdown hit and the couple, who met on a dating app shortly before Christmas 2019, decided to spend the next few uncertain months together in the country.
‘I came to see Julius for the weekend, then stayed as everything kicked off,’ she explained. ‘I naïvely thought this was going to blow over in two weeks.
‘And we were busy. We were looking after the pregnant goats, then the newborn kids. We were hatching chicks, as well.’
The couple have delighted fans with photos of their low-key lockdown, with walks in the rugged countryside and feeding goats featuring on both accounts.
Away from the farm, the couple found time to indulge their shared hobbies.
Racy: Oasis star Noel Gallagher’s daughter Anais has posed for a very risqué international lingerie campaign, admitting: ‘I haven’t told my dad yet!’
Happy: Anais Gallagher, 23, has ditched her bustling life in London for a quieter dwelling in Dorset, after moving to the countryside with her boyfriend Julius Roberts
Anaïs continued: ‘We’re big readers, we watch films, walk the dogs, and we love the awards season, so we try to watch everything that’s being nominated. As I’m studying photography, I’m massively into cinematography and film.’
Julius, known by the handle telltalefood on Instagram, made a name for himself on social media thanks to his cooking and farming content.
His family lived in Suffolk before relocating to Dorset a few months ago. He and Anaïs now split their time between the farm and London.
‘Julius is the perfect combination for me,’ Anaïs said about her boyfriend. ‘He’s intellectual, artistic and has a great understanding of music, but he adores animals and nature as much as me.’
At the time Julius had met her mother Meg Matthews but not her father.
