Monica Michael

Monica Michael appeared on the 2015 series of X Factor in the girls' category mentored by Rita Ora.

Since then, the now 30-year-old has changed dramatically having lost five stone.

The singer underwent drastic gastric bypass surgery after battling with her weight since childhood.

She told ITV's This Morning: “I was always battling with my weight, it’s always been a problem from primary school. It was a demon.

“In 2015 I was on tour with Blue and I could feel how unfit I was onstage, and how unhealthy.

“I remember going off stage and going into my dressing room crying.”

Monica recently shared on Instagram that she is now ‘stronger than ever’.

Luke Friend

Baby faced Luke Friend appeared on the 2013 series of X Factor placing third behind Nicholas McDonald and Sam Bailey.

Since then, he’s ditched his famous dreadlocks and replaced them with a manly tache.

The now 25-year old who was mentored by Louis Walsh is still making music and is signed to independent label Humble Angel Records

Luke is dating performing arts graduate Siobhan O Driscoll and they both starred alongside each other in the Green Day inspired theatre show American Idiot.

Kitty Brucknell

Kitty proved herself a standout act on the 2011 series of X Factor where she was mentored by Louis Walsh in the Overs category.

Nowadays, she’s binned music but kept the pink hair and lives in LA working as a model.

The now 36 year old recently shared: “I'm modelling and been working with some big brands in the states.

"Instagram didn't really take off until four years after I was on the show."
