Amy Schumer’s Cutest Family Moments: Photos

The funny family! Amy Schumer and Chris Fischer have kept the laughs and love coming since tying the knot in February 2018.

The comedian and chef wed in a surprise ceremony in February 2018 after dating for only a few months — and the ceremony included its share of jokes. “I’m so happy for you, that you found me,” the I Feel Pretty actress said during her vows.

In October 2018, the pair announced they were expecting their first child together and on May 5, 2019, their son, Gene Attell Fischer, was born.

“10:55 pm last night. Our royal baby was born,” Schumer wrote via Instagram at the time, referencing Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s son Archie’s May 6 birth.

Nearly a year after his birth, the Trainwreck actress revealed that she and her husband had changed their son’s middle name after they realized that together it sounded like an innuendo.

“Our baby’s name is officially changed,” Schumer revealed an April 2020 episode of “Amy Schumer Presents: 3 Girls, 1 Keith” podcast. “It’s now Gene David Fischer. It was Gene Attell Fischer, but we realized that we by accident named our son ‘genital.’”

The Girl With the Lower Back Tattoo author even made fun of the couple’s mishap, writing “Oh, like you never named your kid Genital fissure!!!!!!!” on social media in April.

Throughout their romance — and since welcoming their bundle of joy — the duo have kept their fans somewhat in the loop about life as a family of three.

The couple launched their joint cooking show, Amy Schumer Learns to Cook, on May 11, 2020, on the Food Network, and their little one has made a few appearances as well.

Despite being vocal about having a rough pregnancy, Schumer told Howard Stern in April 2020 that she hopes to expand her family in the future.

“We got these embryos but right now, we were going to try and make a move and COVID happened,” she explained, referencing the global health pandemic.

The coronavirus crisis might’ve put her baby-making plans on hold, but it has also allowed her to spend more time with her loved ones while staying at the couple’s home in Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts.

“Gene can walk outside on the grass and we’re not terrified,” the Snatched star told Stern. “New York is tough. It was really heavy.”

She added: “I got to see him clap for the first time. It’s such a luxury to spend this time with the baby.”

Model Mom! Molly Sims' Most Relatable Parenting Quotes While Raising 3 Kids

Time with her trio! Molly Sims has three children and hasn’t hesitated to share candid parenting confessions about raising the little ones over the years.

The model and her husband, Scott Stuber, tied the knot in 2011 and welcomed her son, Brooks, the following year. Her son’s little sister and brother, Scarlett and Grey, arrived in 2015 and 2017, respectively.

In November 2016, the actress opened up to Us Weekly exclusively about her fertility journey, advising women struggling to conceive to express their feelings.

“Try to have at least one person you can talk to and really be open with,” the Kentucky native told Us at the time. “There are a lot of dark moments. … It’s sure not easy, and I got very, very lucky to find my prince and to have my family. I think what women put themselves through — the emotions and the shots and the hormones and the weight gain and then trying to lose the weight — it’s just a struggle, it’s so difficult.”

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model decided to freeze her eggs with Dr. Shahin Ghadir’s help at the Southern California Reproductive Center before meeting her producer husband. “The maternal clock all of a sudden just started happening,” she explained. “We ended up freezing [embryos] about nine months before we got married in September of 2011.”

Sims told Us that she actually got pregnant on her honeymoon, conceiving Brooks in Hawaii. She explained, “I think because we had froze, and because I had in the back of my mind a safety blanket — a safety net — I got pregnant.”

Scarlett, though, took two rounds of IVF. In fact, the Las Vegas alum was about to “do another round” when she found out she and the Los Angeles native had a baby on the way.

As for her third pregnancy, finding out that she and Stuber were expecting Grey was “a shock.” Sims explained to Us, “After five tests we were like, ‘OK, maybe this is happening.’”

Keep scrolling to read the relatable things the former View contributor has said about parenthood over the years, from multi-tasking to starting her family later in life.

EastEnders’ Callum hit with more heartbreak as Ben’s return to criminal underworld puts his police training at risk – The Sun

EASTENDERS' Callum Highway is being hit with more heartbreak as Ben Mitchell makes his return to the criminal underworld.

Callum's (Tony Clay) police training will be put at risk when his boyfriend Ben (Max Bowden) falls back into dodgy family business on the BBC One soap.

Villain Danny Hardcastle (Paul Usher) showed up in Walford last month with a proposition for Ben, who didn't quite understand his shady dealings because he was struggling with his hearing.

Danny soon turned to Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) instead, offering him a job after hearing him talking to Mick and Linda Carter (Danny Dyer and Kellie Bright) about buying the Queen Vic.

In a bid to help his dad and his dad's wife Sharon (Letitia Dean), Ben tried to get intel from trainee copper Callum.

Ben – who lost his hearing in a boating accident – fell ill before his operation and Callum was left wondering how to help his boyfriend.

He decides to turn to newcomer Frankie (Rose Ayling-Ellis), who is also deaf.

After catching Frankie shoplifting, he chooses not to arrest her and instead, reluctantly enlists her help to get through to Ben.

Of course, Callum ignoring Frankie's theft could hugely threaten his police training – a price he seems willing to take to support his boyfriend.

Fans recently expressed their disappointment in bad boy Ben – but also admitted that they felt sorry for Ben's "desperate" attempts to make Phil love him.

One wrote: "Ben is gonna hurt Callum cause he is desperate for Phil to love him."

Another added: "Oh, Ben! That desperate need to please Phil is still at the forefront and it breaks my heart.

"He would do anything to impress and gain his approval!"

A third said: "I hope Ben realises that Phil isn’t worth losing Callum and his relationship because that’s what’s gonna happen."

New On Shudder In May 2020: More Horror Movies, TV Shows, And Originals Than You Can Handle

If you’re looking for some scares, then you’ll probably want to watch a horror movie, and AMC’s Shudder has nothing but scary flicks on its streaming service. Coming in the month of May are plenty of new movies, TV shows, and original content to keep you up at night. Check out everything arriving in May below, along with a few recommendations.

On May 25, Turbo Kid arrives. This bizarre 2015 film takes place in a post-apocalyptic wasteland in the far future of 1997. A comic book fan takes on a superhero persona in order to save his friend and take down a crazed overloard. It certainly does sound like the plot of an ’80s, and if you watch the trailer–which you can see below–it has a lot of ’80s-style special effects, like saws going into people’s chests. It looks like a total blast.

If you’re looking for something a bit more classic, both Hellraiser and Hellbound: Hellraiser II arrive on May 11. If you’re unfamiliar, the films follow a mysterious puzzle box. If someone opens it, cenobites are summoned and torture people in horrific ways. What are cenobites? Well, they’re demons from hell that are dressed like they are going to the most violent S&M convention of all time.

Finally, every Friday in May at 9 PM ET / 6 PM PT, a new episode of The Last Drive-In With Joe Bob Briggs airs. Each week, the titular host presents two creature features from the vaults. Occasionally, Briggs pops up and offers some insight into the films or other pieces of wisdom. There will be 10 episodes in this season, which kicks off on April 24.

Below, you’ll find everything coming to Shudder in May, and for more streaming news, check out everything coming to Disney+, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Hulu for the month of May.
