AJ Pritchard addresses ‘tension’ with Shane Richie after I’m A Celeb exit ‘Do it properly’

The ITV show is nearing its end and there are now just four celebrities left in contention for the title of the first-ever King or Queen of the Castle. Tonight, it was time for viewers to wave goodbye to more famous faces as Strictly star AJ Pritchard and Mo Farah were eliminated in the public vote. When joining Geordie duo Ant and Dec, they couldn’t help but ask AJ about the tensions that arose with Shane at one point, leaving AJ to admit: “If you’re going to do a job, do it properly.”

Fans have noted how this year’s series has been one of the tamest yet with a lack of arguments amongst contestants. 

But one spot of tension which did pop up was between AJ and Shane who did look as though they could end up feuding. 

At one point, AJ became angered when Shane had not pulled his weight when washing up, leading the former to spend “all day” clearing the wash pots. 

And upon being booted out the camp tonight, Ant and Dec quizzed him on why he became annoyed, to which AJ replied: “If you’re going to do a job do it properly and… hygiene, man!”
