Dermot O’Leary was snubbed live on air by LBC’s Nick Ferrari as he was hosting This Morning alongside Alison Hammond and Gyles Brandreth.
The snubbing happened as the group were discussing foreign holidays plans and the government’s new traffic light system, when Nick Ferrari decided to make a dig at Dermot’s expense.
Nick started out by saying: “Why can't someone in this country of a certain level with double vaccinations go to another country where there is a similar sort of level?”
Naughty Nick continued: “And I'm just thinking Giles, and everyone else, Alison… and the other fella.”

Being referred to as “the other fella” shocked and puzzled Dermot, whilst Alison cracked up beside him.
Dermot politely laughed and Nick explained: “I was just checking he's there, he's been so quiet! He's never been this quiet, I thought he was having a tea break!”
The conversation returned to the topic at hand, and Nick said: “I'm just thinking that if we don't do this, there are millions of jobs that are reliant in Britain on the airlines, on the travel business, and that is what you have to think of.”
Despite moving the conversation forward, cheeky Nick couldn’t resist having another pop at Dermot later on.
Dermot contributed to the discussion and Nick commented on him definitely being there and speaking up.
Dermot and Alison have been presenting This Morning all week as Holly and Phil have a break during half-term, much to some viewers’ chagrin.

Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford usually present the half-term breaks, but confirmed that they wouldn’t this week.
Alison and Dermot replaced Ruth and Eamonn back in January, presenting their Friday slots instead.
Fans have been up in arms about the replacement of their beloved on-screen married presenting duo.
Viewers took to Twitter to share their disappointment, with one writing: “Please, Alison and Dermot just doesn’t work. I thought it was Eamonn and Ruth on every half term. Listen to the viewers.”
Another wrote: “Bring back Eamonn & Ruth on Fridays & holidays, love Dermot & Alison but it’s just not working as a partnership, Alison is out of her depth, sorry.”
However, not every viewer was so harsh about Dermot and Alison, with one writing: “great to have Dermot & Alison on all next week. I love Eamonn & Ruth but I really love the fun D & A bring to the show.”
