I’m A Celeb 2020 pay packets ‘exposed’ as Vernon Kay set to be highest earner
ITV's ratings juggernaut I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! is back for its 20th season next month, and fans can't wait for the show to kick off.
Plenty of huge stars will be headed to a castle in rural North Wales rather than the blistering heat of Oz, but how much will they be making in the process?
Shows such as I'm A Celeb are known for their huge sums when signing A-Listers, with Caitlyn Jenner reportedly costing them a pretty penny last year.
The Sun Online report that their insider – who has experience signing huge stars for primetime shows – has estimated exactly how much the cast of 2020 are likely to pocket.

Vernon Kay – £150k
Right at the top of the list is former Family Fortunes presenter Vernon, who is apparently set to gain £150,000 for his appearance.
The three-week stint will pocket him the most out of the lineup according to The Sun Online's sources.
This will be one of his most high profile gigs in years after he left his presenting stint on Family Fortunes.
Jessica Plummer – £75k
The actress and popstar Jessica Plummer is set to make a hefty sum off her appearance on the show.
Having just left EastEnders, the star now has a lot of time on her hands, and has grabbed a cheeky £75,000 for three weeks of filming.
This is rumoured to be around half of her entire annual salary on EastEnders.
AJ Pritchard – £50k
The former Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer left the show earlier this year and has since been pursuing other projects.
This gives the baby-faced star plenty of time to explore reality TV on I'm A Celeb.
He is set to make a tidy sum of £50,000 from just a few weeks in the wilderness – the same sum he apparently made from an entire series of the BBC dance show.
If true, AJ will be following in his younger brother Curtis' footsteps after he made it to the final of 2019's Love Island.
Russell Watson – £100k
Opera singer Russell Watson could be headed to Gwyrch Castle for his reality TV debut and will be gaining £100,000 for the effort.
The star was recently pictured at a photoshoot in London, which was rumoured to be related to the show.
Ruthie Henshall – £75k
Pocketing the same amount of £75,000 is West End veteran Ruthie Henshall.
The star has previously been linked to royalty having been in a relationship with Prince Edward.
The insider told The Sun: "Ruthie is a particularly exciting signing for I’m A Celebrity as viewers will want to see if she divulges any gossip on her relationship with Prince Edward.
“They’ll be hoping she lets slip some juicy information on her posh ex during cosy, intimate chats round the campfire.”
Victoria Derbyshire – £75k
Another famous face estimated to be heading into the jungle is Victoria Derbyshire.
The BBC journalist and current affairs reporter is also set to pocket about £75,000 for her appearance.
Victoria beat breast cancer after being diagnosed back in 2015 and is a highly respected figure in the media industry.
Bev Callard – £125k
Following Vernon's huge payment is Corrie star Bev Callard, who could rake in a whopping £125,000.
The actress will likely be a huge hit as soap stars always do well on the reality show.
Last year, Bev's co-star Andy Whyment, who plays Kirk Sutherland, came second to EastEnders star Jacqueline Jossa.
