Imogen Thomas breaks silence after Big Brother pal Nikki Grahame's death with sweet snap from the show
IMOGEN Thomas broke her silence after Big Brother pal Nikki Grahame's death with a sweet snap from the show.
Imogen was left heartbroken last month after Nikki passed away aged 38 following a thirty year battle with anorexia.
Imogen, 38, locked horns with Nikki's ex and Big Brother winner Pete Bennett in the days following her death before vowing to remain silent on social media about her close pal.
But on Friday, she took to Instagram to share a throwback picture of her and Nikki together in happy times on the show.
She wrote alongside it: "I just got sent this. Can’t believe this was 15 years ago. Our chats.
"Nik was wearing my top here. She would often go through my clothes and pick her faves in the hose. Love her so much. Miss you baby girl."
In the picture, the pair were seen laughing together on the show, with Nikki wearing a coral coloured top and Imogen in a pink hoodie.
Days after Nikki's death on April 9, Imogen wrote: "Thank you for all your messages. I need time to grieve over my best friend.
"We tried everything to beat that soul destroying illness. I'm broken.
"Please hold the ones u love close and tell them you love them. Life is too short.
"There was nothing more we could do to save Nikki… I will take some time out of social media.
"Thank you again for your messages… Nik would be so touched. I'm sorry Nik. I love you."
