On Sunday evening, Greg Wise became the third Strictly Come Dancing contestant to fall victim to the public vote after he and partner Karen Hauer failed to impress with their Samba. Following a dance-off against Judi Love, Anton du Beke, Craig Revel Harwood and Motsi Mabuse unanimously agreed the Loose Women star should remain in the BBC competition and Greg should be sent home. However, some viewers are now convinced Karen was fully prepared for the result following a lacklustre final routine.

Greg and Karen had to perform the Samba to Macarena once more during the results show in the hopes it’d impress the judges following a mistake-riddled first attempt.

However, the pair fared no better as Motsi pointed out the routine was still littered with errors.

But after watching Karen’s body language throughout the dance-off, some fans think the Strictly pro had already “checked out” before hearing the judges’ verdict.

Taking to Twitter, user @doktorb said: “Karen has the face of a woman who knows she’s not coming back #Strictly #scd.”

Rachael Hare weighed in: “I can’t help but think Karen set Greg up to fail with that routine#Strictly.”

And Marcela agreed: “Karen and Greg have mentally checked out already #Strictly.”

Katie quipped: “I take it Karen wanted to go home early from Strictly giving Greg that dance #Strictly.”

While @merseytart concurred: “Karen’s switched off already. She’s in the bar. #Strictly.”

And Jozef argued: “Not sure even Karen wants to win this dance off… #Strictly.”
