Scott Disick celebrated his 37th birthday with ex Kourtney Kardashian and kids in Utah after split from Sofia Richie – The Sun

SCOTT Disick enjoyed a Memorial Day weekend getaway to celebrate his 37th birthday with his children and ex-partner Kourtney Kardashian in Utah.

The reality star recently left rehab early and split from his girlfriend of two years, Sofia Richie, but the blended family chose to get away from LA and enjoyed a weekend of horse riding and family time.

Kourtney shared a solo shot of herself in a bikini near Lake Powell, captioning the snap: "Escape to the desert."

Scott's Instagram Stories also featured the desert backdrop, with one story showing off his "pretty" daughter, seven-year-old Penelope, with the pair posing together.

The mom-of-three also shared pictures and videos of her horse riding with Penelope and five-year-old Reign, simply captioning the snaps: “Western.”

The pair are also parents to 10-year-old Mason.

Scott, 37, and Kourtney, 41, dated on-and-off from 2006 until their 2015 split.

After Scott ended their long-term romance, he began a relationship with 21-year-old model Sofia.

His former mom-in-law Kris Jenner helped him celebrate the birthday with a sweet tribute calling him "amazing" as she wished him happy birthday.

Sharing a collage of snaps of them together, Kris, 64, honored Scott, who is the father of three of her grandchildren, by writing: "Happy birthday Scott @letthelordbewithyou!!!

"You are such an amazing father, son, brother, partner, and friend!! Thank you for bringing so much love and laughter to our family! Thank you for your sense of adventure and always being there for all of us."

She concluded: "You are amazing and I love you! Mama K xoxo."

The birthday tribute comes amid reports that Scott has split from his long-term girlfriend Sofia, 21, following his short stint in rehab.

In early May Scott shocked fans when he checked in to rehab and then returned early, after an alleged privacy breach.

A source close to the KUWTK star, 36, previously confirmed to The Sun that he was undergoing treatment for a substance abuse issue at a facility.

The source said: "He voluntarily checked himself in, because he knew he needed help."

However, he checked out on May 4 amid claims his privacy was breached in the Colorado treatment center.

In October 2013, his mother Bonnie Disick tragically passed away after a long-term illness.

Just three months later, Scott's dad Jeffery died for unknown reasons.

In late May it was claimed that Scott and Sofia had decided to give Scott time to "get better and focus on work," but sources close to the former couple have revealed that Sofia, 21, has told him he "has to prove himself."
