Scott Disick didn’t believe his relationship with Sofia Richie ‘would last as long as it did’ amid split – The Sun
SCOTT Disick had doubts over whether his relationship with Sofia Richie would last before embarking on their three year romance.
The 37-year-old reality star was said to be unsure over the longevity of their relationship – but has no hard feelings towards the model in the wake of their split.
A source revealed to Life & Style: "They had a good run, but it’s officially over.
"It was her first real relationship. He honestly never thought it would last as long as it did.”
The insider added that Scott “has no hard feelings,” despite their split.
Scott and Sofia, 21, called time on their romance earlier this week.
Sources close to the pair revealed on Wednesday that they are "not getting back together this time" after they decided to take a break after Scott's admission to rehab in early May.
The insider admitted it was Sofia's decision, and that Scott's "demons were getting the better of him and issues he’d brushed under the rug caught up with him during self-isolation."
Scott is said to be "taking care of his personal issues" and focusing on his “health and mental state” following their split.
Speaking to In Touch, an insider explained: "[Sofia] realized that Scott needed time to take care of Scott.
"She wasn’t oblivious, she knew he had demons, but he’s dealing it with them now and she’s happy about that.
The pair began dating in late 2017, after Scott ended his long-term romance with Kourtney Kardashian, the mother of his three children.
Scott was spotted celebrating his birthday this week, with Kourtney's famous family taking to Instagram to mark the special occasion.
