The Apprentice's Lord Sugar tells Donald Trump 'you're fired' as he loses US election to Joe Biden
THE Apprentice's Lord Sugar told Donald Trump "you're fired" as he lost the US election to Joe Biden.
Joe Biden and the Democratic party won the US election this week after Pennsylvania gave him enough electoral votes to get over the line.
However, Lord Sugar threw a jab at the defeated President by saying The Apprentice catchphrase to him.
Donald Trump held the same role as Lord Sugar on the US version of The Apprentice.
Writing on Twitter, the 73-year-old said: "@realDonaldTrump it is with regret You're Fired!"
This comes as Donald Trump insisted he "won the election" after finding out Joe Biden beat him while playing golf.
Trump claimed he defeated the Democrat with "71,000,000 legal votes" but "bad things happened" which observers were "not allowed to see”.
In the bitter Twitter rant, he said today: “The observers were not allowed into the counting rooms.
“I won the election, got 71,000,000 legal votes. Bad things happened which our observers were not allowed to see.
“Never happened before. Millions of mail-in ballots were sent to people who never asked for them!”
The baseless claims come after Trump was photographed golfing at his course in Stirling, Virginia as a win in the battleground state of Pennsylvania secured Biden's election victory.
Donald Trump presented the US Apprentice for fourteen seasons – starting in 2004 -before giving up the position to run for president.
Afterwards, Arnold Schwarzenegger presented the celebrity version.
Meanwhile, Lord Sugar has been presenting the UK Apprentice from 2005, spanning fifteen seasons.
