Tommy Fury downs a beer as the pubs reopen ahead of flying out to brother Tyson's training camp in Las Vegas

TOMMY Fury has enjoyed some down time and hit the pub ahead of his trip to his brother Tyson's training camp in the States.

The Love Island star, 21, is set to jet out to Las Vegas and support Tyson while also bettering his own boxing career.

Tommy is flying across the pond to support two-time World Heavyweight Champion Tyson, who has already begun his intense training camp.

But before flying to Sin City, Tommy managed to squeeze in a trip to a pub in Cheshire with a small group of friends.

As boozers across England reopened their doors after four months of lockdown, Tommy was spotted necking back a beer while sitting at an outside table.

The sportsman, who is dating his Love Island co-star Molly-Mae Hague, kept off the chill with a thick parker jacket and also enjoyed a meal with his drink.

Tommy had been counting down the days until Monday's lifting of lockdown restrictions.

Last week, he wrote on Instagram: "T-minus 7 days until slight normality🙏🏼 What are you all looking forward to most?…"

Molly-Mae replied with three love-heart emojis.

Tommy will be leaving his girlfriend home alone when he flies to Las Vegas.

On Saturday night, he shared a picture of his packed bags and told fans he was flying Stateside that night.

However, his jaunt to the pub suggests that Tommy's trip has been delayed.

Tommy, a professional Light-Heavyweight boxer, has been very keen to stress that his decision to travel in a pandemic is purely for work reasons and not pleasure.

It comes after he and Molly-Mae left fans raging when they travelled to Dubai late last year to escape Tier 4 lockdown rules.

Speaking about his Las Vegas trip on Saturday, Tommy told his 3.3million followers: "This is such an incredible opportunity for me and I've waited for a camp in Vegas my whole boxing career.

"I just want to stress that this is absolutely not a holiday. This is my job."
