PROMINENT attorney Robert Fenstersheib was allegedly killed by his son in a murder-suicide that seriously injured a third person.
Florida police said they got a call about the incident around 9:40am on Wednesday, WPLG reported.
Cops arrived at a home in the Oakride Community on Wednesday morning where they say they found two men dead.
Hollywood Police spokesperson Christian Lata said cops then found a third victim with a gunshot wound, WSVN reported.
"That victim was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital in serious but stable condition," Lata said.
Family spokesperson Scott Mager said Robert Fentershieb, 66, was shot by his eldest son, Michael Anthony Bradley, WFOR-TV reported.
“He shot both Robert and his longtime girlfriend Hong Pen and then killed himself using the weapon," Mager said, as reported by WSVN.
Fenstersheib had his own personal injury practice, Fenstersheib Law Group, PA, in Hallandale Beach, Florida.
His firm was well-known in the area for Fentershieb's "Tell Robert" TV jingle commercials.
Mager said the girlfriend had surgery and is expected to survive, WFOR-TV reported.
The family spokesperson said Michael was battling mental health problems and addiction, WSVN reported.
"Michael lost that battle today,” Mager said.
Mager described Fenstersheib as "a special and unique individual," WSVN reported.
Paralegal Alexandra Arguello, who worked for Fenstersheib, said he "let his clients know he was here for them, WPLG reported.
"I feel for his kids. I feel for his employees, his friends," she added.
Police said investigations into the incidents are ongoing.
