Founded by Kate Middleton’s school pal Emma Sayle, 42, it is staying afloat on taxpayers’ cash via the coronavirus business support scheme.
The Government scheme matches funds raised through an online investment drive.
The parties, described as “a sea of naked bodies”, have attracted stars such as Kate Moss, Jude Law, Sadie Frost, Jason Statham and Rhys Ifans. For lockdown, it has run virtual orgies on Zoom.
The Future Fund it is using gives loans to small startups, matching private investment up to £5million.
The company is inviting people to invest anything from £10 to £25,0000 to help it keep going.
During the coronavirus lockdown, it claims to have signed up 160,000 elite members globally.
Members are put through a strict vetting process, including an attractiveness screening, and everyone signs a non-disclosure agreement.
